Whether it's finding the right school, uncovering scholarships, or building the executive function skills to thrive once they arrive, I'm here to help students navigate every step — and to help colleges support them well after they've landed on campus.
Who I Work With
I work with students and families who don't know what they don't know — first-gen students, students with disabilities, and those who are bright and capable but haven't had access to the guidance or resources that make college feel possible. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need someone in your corner who does this work.

About Me
My name is Tiffany Hudson and I'm excited to work with you.
I'm Tiffany Hudson — a certified school counselor with 14 years of experience working with students across every kind of background. Over the years, I've found my heart consistently pulled toward the same students: the ones who are sharp, capable, and driven, but who haven't been handed a map for how to get where they're going.
I've spent much of my career in Title I schools, working alongside first-generation students and students with disabilities who simply needed someone to show them their options — and to believe they belonged in the room once they got there. That's the work that brought me into school counseling in the first place, and it's the work I care most about.
Amitié is where that passion became a practice. I partner with families to navigate the path to college — scholarships, applications, finding the right fit — and I partner with colleges and universities to support those same students once they've arrived, through executive function training and retention-focused programming for advising, disability services, and first-year experience teams.
